BMW: GINA Light Visionary Model

Now I know in some quarters it is suggested that when you buy a BMW you become a completely selfish egotistical idiot but all I can think when I see this is "I want one, I want one, I want one". Really interesting idea, i just wonder how long it will be before (if ever) this technology will be readily available to us 'minions'.

iPhone 3G

Now even more lovely, more sexy and with more people wanting one. The new iPhone is coming on July the 11th and I want one! On a side note I am also very interested to see how the iPhone apps store works when it is up and running and established.

Engrave Tech

A brilliant and very creative concept. Engrave your moleskin personally with your own vector art or choose from one of the already existing designs (which are brilliant by the way). I discovered Engrave Tech while looking at cpluv (a brilliant design portal) and immediately had to share it with the rest of the office. The cost of your custom moleskins are reasonable too, so go check it out here.

Sorry for the massive gap between posts, I have been away snowboarding on holiday which was amazing and since I got back work has been manic! Anyway here is the latest piece of lovely web stuff - Motorola City. "Experience Motorola's mission critical public safety solutions. A nice look at future technology and has brilliantly integrated 3d within flash with ok loading times.

The future of music videos?

A new and interesting idea. Most music videos are now watched on the internet so the concept here is that if you can get the location of the viewer from (I assume) their I.P address then you can make it relevant to them. This site has a music video as an example which pulls in photos frmo Flickr, news from Google and other things to make the music video relevant to specifically you. New technology that is phenominal, in a nutshell - multi-touch technology that allows collaborative interaction from several users. More overall details can be found here.

It looks like fantastic technology which will hopefully provide a really good platform for us to create interesting and innovative user experiences for.
