Adobe Site Redesign

Beautiful new site redesign by Adobe. Clean crisp lines with stunning gradient backgrounds. Clever integration of flash where appropriate but not overused. On the negative side the site can look rather crowded on occasion but still manages to keep a decent balance of text and imagery.

StudioMoto

StudioMoto is a clever idea from Motorola which allows users to create music, movies and animations and send them directly to their phone. Phenomenal flash coding and a nice simple, intuitive interface.

Adobe FlashOn

Adobes FlashOn site invites people to explore the vast landscape of Flash videos in a simple, visual and beautiful way. Really nice presentation and a clean interface creates a beautiful site which makes you think "I wished I had done that!" For the full site experience click here

Free Rice!

I recently came across this site when browsing N.Design Studio, FreeRice, which I thought it is very nice and creative. It is nice because you can learn vocabulary and help end world hunger world hunger at the same time. The idea is very creative and this is how it works: you go to FreeRice and play their vocabulary game, for each question answered correctly 10 grains of rice will be donated by the sponsors to help people living in poverty. It is a win-win situation - you get to play the game, FreeRice get the traffic, advertisers get their exposure, and people get the free rice. If you like the idea, please help to spread out the word. New Video Player

Here is the new video player, with a nice inspirational movie housed in it for your viewing pleasure. The movie player has a scrub feature, full screen preview as well as volume controls and is open source so big thanks to Jeroen Wijering! Enjoy

Be Inspired

Here is the new image gallery plug in, there is still a few things to tweak and tidy up (when I get a moment) but its virtually there. Now onto the main topic! It is said that designers spend on average about 90% of their working life in front of a computer, so why not spend it looking at something beautiful instead of those horrible Windows XP backgrounds? (Desktopography)These desktops are taken from a variety of sources and a selection of artists but in my opinion are some of the best out there, if you want them for your desktop give me a shout and ill email you the relevant one!
